Inspired by the Burgundian tradition of Passetoutgrains where Pinot Noir and Gamay are blended to make an energetic everyday wine, our High Country Red is fresh, fruit driven, and eminently drinkable. The Gamay is sourced from Barsotti in El Dorado and the Pinot Noir from Grande in El Dorado and Cerise in the Anderson Valley. Separate native fermentations for each varietal with partial whole cluster for the Gamay followed by aging in neutral French oak.
