Boyer-Martenot Bourgogne Aligote is a pale yellow with a hints of green. On the nose, apple and grape with a burst of freshness. The palate offers a strong perfume of yellow fruits such as apricot, peach and pear from the tannins with hints of citrus. Exellent as an aperitif with a 'creme de fruits' like blackcurrant or peach, or enjoy with a cold salad.
