Tatomer Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir is made to show California terroir with an old world sense of balance. The fruit sources for this wine are what most producers use for their single vineyard wines. The goal here is to completely over deliver, just as your favorite Burgundian producer might make excellent Gevrey Chambertain or Savigny Les Beaune.
