To the eye, the wine is purple with flashes of light. Typical Nuits nose of small red fruits such as sour cherries and other pitted fruits. Eucalyptus notes add a certain freshness. On the palate, the tannins are noticeable and the structure firm, but a crunchy fruitiness awakes the appetite. Medium in length. Drinking tips Its strength and energy mean this wine works well with stronger dishes such as rib steaks, lamb chops or meat dishes in sauce. Serve at around 16C-17C. Will age well for 3-8 years
