The wine opens with red and black fruit aromatics as well as some spicy and soft notes from French oak aging. On the palate, soft and round tannins are balanced by good acidity and freshness.
Pairs well with grilled red meats, pasta with creamy and spicy sauces, pork and carbonadas and semi-mature cheeses.
