About the Wine
The wine presents a light ruby red colour, elegant aromas, freshness and fruit. On the palate, minerality and great finesse come to the fore, with predominant notes of fruits of the forest and aromas typical of the terroir. Its beautiful acidity balances out the wine’s fruit. Its ageing period in cement tanks lends the finish plenty of freshness, finesse and length.
Pair with traditional Portuguese cuisine such as stewed veal, duck rice, oven-baked cod and traditional Portuguese cured sausages.
