A true Grand Cru meant for the cellar, we ferment this using whole clusters to give the wine a more savory, spicy character. This wine is loaded. Ripe raspberries, strawberries, cranberries along with crushed rose petals, balsam, smoked black tea and moist earth. Very long, dense and filigreed on the palate with impeccable balance and weight. Expensive and worth it.
