From a lesser-known yet ideally situated terroir which tends ripen early, this red displays plenty of ripe strawberry fruit with hints of sweet spice and smoky earth. The generous and supple texture is never heavy yet lends a great sense of volume and pleasure on the palate. This medium-bodied red shows a graceful finish and drinks exceptionally well at this early stage.
