About the Wine
Although very small Chambolle-Musigny is a very famous village located in the Côte de Nuits. The « Sentiers » premier cru is located to the North of the village, next to "Les Baudes" and below the Grand Cru « Bonnes Mares », next to Morey-Saint-Denis, on a very stony soil.
Les Sentiers is a very elegant wine, very typical of this appellation.It shows aromas of morello cherry, violet and pepper. It is full and very dense with delicate tanins.
This Premier Cru will be a nice companion to beef, lamb and not too strong cheeses.
This wine will be able to be kept 10 to 15 years according to the vintages, in good conditions of humidity and temperature.
