About the Wine
Left Coast’s Pinot Gris displays aromas of pears, all spice, and lemon zest. The pallet is rich and round with flavors of pears, juicy-fruit, and golden grasses leading up to a dry, mineral finish. The Orchards Pinot Gris is a bright and tropical white wine pairing beautifully with Northwestern cuisine.
While the Gris drinks well on its own, we also highly recommend pairing this wine withcheeses, fresh fruits, smoked salmon, pasta salad, scallops, grilled chicken or halibut tacos.
