About the Wine
Cabernet Franc is an ancient French grape varietal linked as one of Cabernet Sauvignon’s parent grapes (crossed with Sauvignon Blanc) Well balanced and medium-bodied. Expressive aromas of bright red berry fruits mixed with a light spice and a hint of fresh herbs lead to flavors of red cherry and raspberry, with vanilla-oak undertones.
Blend: 85% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled with grilled meats, fowl (turkey, chicken), roasted pork tenderloin, as well as rich, dark chocolate desserts.
