Golden. Opens with layered and complex notes of papaya and pineapple juice followed by vegetal hints of sage and a reminiscent note of plant sap. On the palate, 2017 Alteni di Brassica is bright with tropical fruit flavors such as mango and papaya. The vibrant acidity provides and intensely fragrant, refreshing and rich Sauvignon Blanc.
Pairs well with seafood dishes such as snapper, smoked trout, sushi and sashimi. Also paired well with goat cheese.
