It comes from family vineyards, planted around 50 years ago. The Bastardo grape ripens very early, long before any other paint. It was thus decided to vinify it in an oil press, with treading on foot and indigenous yeasts. Made since the 2007 harvest, nowadays it is only aged in stainless steel vats. From the first moment it was a wine of passions, since its color deceives the distracted look, which is surprised by a full and spicy aroma and a round and glycerin mouth, which make this wine a pleasure at the table. It is a wine that evolves very slowly in the bottle, barely changing over the years. Very versatile at the table, perfectly accompanies Asian food and tomato-based dishes.
