The 2014 Impetus is Cabernet Franc from the DeCrescenzo Estate Vineyard and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Tench Vineyard. This is Bevan Cellars' darkest wine in 2014. The Cabernet Franc core is a black hole, which seems to suck light from the air. Dark roasted coffee, anise and spice mingle with the fruit flavors of the Cabernet Sauvignon to give the wine amazing complexity.
