This 1er Cru offers a delicious nose of yellow fruits (apricot, nectarine) and almond paste. The mouth is rich and ample delivering aromas of vanilla, pastry, yellow fruits and smoky notes, with a very fresh finish.
Pairs well with chicken in a cream sauce, skate in brown butter, truffle risotto and Epoisses cheese.
