The Aloxe-Corton "Domaine Latour" 2014 shows a nice ruby red color. On the nose, the finesse dominates : cherry, liquorice and mocha notes. On the palate, the tannins are discreet and the woody taste is melllow. The finish offers a superb freshness.
Pair with "Coq au vin" - flash-fried steak - red meat -mature cheeses.
