The wine was aged in French oak and showcases cedar overtones supported by the round mid-palate body and tingly tannins on the edge of the finish. Entry exhibits soft earth tones on the nose with hints of cherry, blueberry, and a vanilla-oak softness. Medium to full-bodied the wine reveals wonderful fruit ripeness supported by richness and a slightly chewy core.
