This perfumed Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend from the Gimblett Gravels Winegowing District shows intense aromatics of blackcurrant, dried herbs, graphite and cedar notes. The rich and concentrated palate of dark fruit combines with balanced mocha oak. Elegantly balanced, and textured with fine grained tannins this wine finishes with excellent mineral length. Distinct and ageworthy with the ability to age gracefully for up to 20 years from vintage in good cellar conditions.
