Negroamaro was primarily used as a blending grape until recently, when several producers in Puglia starting bottling it on its own and rightfully so! It ages in French barriques for about 5-6 months and has a deep red color. It’s bouquet of dark berries and plums enhances the ripe, smooth flavors with hints of vanilla and a touch of smoke.
A perfect low ABV wine for pastas, pizzas and roasted veggies.
