About the Wine
Pale rose, peach color. An elegant nose with delicate red currant and hints of pepper as well as sweet citrus. On the palate, it reveals a touch of strawberry, tangerine and peach in a dry, classic style.
Perfect with grilled vegetables, chilled seafood, soft cheeses, heirloom salads, fresh appetizers, and of course the classic Provence dish, Moules Frites.
