Steve Beresini’s old vine Chardonnay vineyard was introduced to us in 2008 by Larry Hyde, one of his oldest friends in the Napa Valley. The Beresini Vineyard is located in the very south section of Carneros Napa, which is heavily influenced by fog. It was planted three decades ago with cuttings that Larry gave Steve. They call this plant material Hyde Selection Wente Clone.
