The White Knight Viognier has a small amount of French Colombard and Muscat added to provide balance. Its notes of green apple, peach and honeysuckle are very noticeable. It’s a medium bodied wine that is at its best served at about 50 degrees. Viognier is such a nice alternative grape, you can also match it with roasted chicken, shrimp or lighter cheeses. Cheers!
