Deep red with Bordeaux hints. It reveals typical varietal fruit aromas such as raspberry, strawberry marmalade and cassis. Notes of black pepper, bitter chocolate and eucalyptus add complexity. Sweet on the start and wide and big in the mid-palate. It is generous while fresh with firm and polished tannins. Towards the end, traces of bitter chocolate and dried black fruit appear.
Ideal to pair with grilled red meats, empanadas (traditional Argentinean meat & onion pie), sausages and blood pudding or cured ham and black olives
