2016 is the inaugural vintage of our Pine Mountain Vineyard-Cloverdale Peak Love Hammer Cabernet. The wine expresses all the qualities that made us fall in love with this rugged, high elevation AVA. The nose flaunts aromas of vanilla, black pepper, green olive and cherry pipe tobacco. The palate is dripping with flavors of dark cherry and ripe blackberry, finishing with notes of cigar spice and baking chocolate. Unlike a passion that may grow cold in the light of dawn, the memory of this wine will linger and inspire many more affairs of the heart.
