This wine is a blend of 80% Syrah, 16% Grenache, and 4% Viognier, all from Larner Vineyard. The Syrah and Viognier were co-fermented in a concrete tank. The Grenache portion fermented in a small stainless tank. The Syrah aged for 18 months in 50% new hogheads and the Grenache aged in a neutral puncheon.
