The 2018 Casa Vineyard Syrah is crafted from 16 year old vines at 2200 ft elevation in the Santa Cruz Mountains. These mountain top vines are dry farmed on very volcanic rocky soils. Fermented 100% whole cluster, with native yeasts, and aged for 16 months.
