Made from Grenache vines grown on the steep slopes and shallow, gravelly soils of historic Bates Ranch overlooking Mt. Madonna. The fruit went direct to press after sorting and was fermented in stainless steel. The wine exhibits aromas of Santa Rosa plum, peach blossom, and dried sweet herb on the nose. On the palate, it has a crisp, mouthwatering structure with a complex and long mineral finish that will keep you coming back for more.
