Hand-picked grapes, from small vineyard plots with low yields, are fermented separately in small vats. Part of the wine then ages for 5 months in French oak barrels before blending, giving this Tempranillo layered notes of bold fruit and spice.
Delicate yet expressive, with ripe plum and fig aromas. The plush texture has good density, bright acidity, integrated tannins and a long, spicy finish.
