This 100% hand harvested Semillon comes from 6 very small plots within the Itata region in southern Chile. The nose shows notes of lemon balm, chamomile, yellow wax bean, and fresh cut green beans. The palate is bright and lifted with lemon, lime, dried pink grapefruit slices, and fresh ginger.
