Riboli Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon shows layers of ripe fruit flavors, in particular wild berry, black cherry, and ripe plum. Aromas of sweet oak, vanilla, and spice complement the equally fruit-driven nose. A small percentage of Petit Verdot adds structure and body. Soft tannins frame the full, round mouth. The wine is readily accesible but may benefit from several years of cellaring.
