A blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. Tight and focused, with lovely citrus blossom and rose petal scents lifted by a splash of white floral aromatics. Flavors follow, adding strawberry, watermelon and red cherry to the mix, persisting through a long, refreshing finish.
Pinot Gris was fermented on the skins. Pinot Noir followed separately with just enough skin contact to capture a bright salmon color. After resting on the lees, a splash of Gewürztraminer and Riesling was blended in to lift the aromatics.
