The wine shows intense and persistent aromas of tomato leaves, with notes of wild green peppers and elderflower. On the palate, the wine has elegant, fresh and full flavors, and excellent length.
Pairs well with vegetable soups (especially those that are cream-based), souffles and dishes with eggs and asparagus. Also excellent with salami.
