Les Mottelettes is a single vineyard champagne made from old vines chardonnay planted in 1961. Full-bodied, rich, but pure and dry, this is a remarkable if not great Blanc de Blancs full of tension, grip, and character. The finish is revealing a firm structure, pure minerality and great length.
