The marvelous Sauvignon Blanc, grown on Underwood Mountain is within eyesight of the Phelps Creek property. The inspiration was to emulate "Kiwi" style, with its bright acidity and tropical notes on the nose. Its "racy" character is balanced with beautiful scents of grapefruit, guava and gooseberry.
