Gloriously pale pink with a salmon edge, the 2019 is another classic in the style of Provençal Rosés. Intense aromas of white peach and strawberries are followed by a silky smooth and fresh entry on the palate. The minerality and bright acidity nicely balance the fruit characters.
This wine is irresistible, either as a stand alone sipper, or paired with light summer fare, especially grilling fare, spicy Asian dishes, or a variety of soft cheeses such as a chevre.
