Brilliant golden in color, this wine has aromas of Granny Smith apples, butterscotch, and pear tart. On the palate, the wine exhibits notes of stone fruit, pear, and honey intermingled with vanilla, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon. Barrel fermented and aged sur lie, the wine is nicely weighted with a rich mid-palate and bright acidity that carries through to the finish.
