Dark gold in colour, with aromas of dried fruits and pipe tobacco. Very concentrated, with a powerful intensity on the palate and aslightly sweet finish, found in the oldest soleras of Oloroso sherries.
Pair with partridge, venison and wild boar. Also as adigestif.
