About the Wine

A sober and elegant blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon with contributions from Syrah and Merlot. A wine that faithfully embodies the imprint of the Arizu family.

A cut with very attractive aromas of black fruit, black pepper and notes of tea in harmony, balanced with slight smoky tones from the oak ageing. On the palate it is perceived as compact, ripe, with incipient tannins and a round texture. It fills the mouth with fruit that denotes a very good definition of terroir. Great character and acidity. Long, complex and deep finish.

It is ideal to enjoy with a mushroom risotto or baby back ribs with corn and wood-roasted potatoes.

Blend: 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Syrah, 10% Merlot
