The 2020 has a deep purple color with an attractive magenta hue. Intense aromas include ripe plums, cherries, violets, mineral notes, vanilla and chocolate (from the wine’s aging in French Oak), and some spice. Harmonious on the palate, with balanced acidity and delicate tannins, making for a persistent finish.
Ideal to serve with a large variety of foods, especially with meats and hard cheeses.
