Located in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, Carter Vineyard is on volcanic based parent material at 325 ft elevation on a West inclination. The wine is fruit focused. Dense, darker fruit of blackberry and loganberry mingle with turned earth, hints of sassafras and violets. Lush on the palate with beautifully balanced structure.
