Deep garnet in color with classic cabernet aromas of mint, violets, savory dry herbs and blackcurrant, and hints of smoky oak. The palate is fresh and bright, with red berries and plums, and a fine acid structure. While the juicy freshness makes this an enjoyable wine to drink young, it’s good balance between fruit weight, tannin and oak suggests the wine will age gracefully.
The Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon pairs excellent with Saltbush spit roasted lamb, with wild rosemary gravy. Along with thyme infused potato and leek soup served with spinach and fetta borëk.
