About the Wine
Full-bodied, the character of this Petite Sirah is both fruity and spicy. There are nuances of raspberry, red currants, and plums mingled with vanilla, clove, and black pepper. The round finish is accented with firm tannins.
Pair with braised lamb shanks, beef stew, sharp cheese.
Blend: 76% Petite Sirah, 10% Viognier, 7% Chardonnay, 7% Cabernet Dorsa
