Produced mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon and a small percentage of Syrah from Haras de Pirque’s Maipo Valley vineyards. A fascinating wine that expresses the characteristics of this singular territory with its aromatic profile of herbal notes and spices sustained by extraordinary freshness. Hussonet is aged for approximately one year in French oak barrels.
Ideal with lamb, beef and duck as well as with aged cheeses.
