Deep ruby in color, the 2017 Hall Napa Valley Merlot features beautiful, open aromas with hints of violet, fresh cherry, blackberry and cocoa. Concentrated red and black fruits resonate on the palate which is layered with fine grained tannin. The finish is long and fresh, with continued fruit notes, subtle baking spice, and a hint of cracked pepper.
