About the Wine
This 30 year old Sherry is a blend of Palo Cortado and PX. Dark amber in color it is an interesting wine with an elegant and delicate nose with notes of nuts and concentrated fruits. On the palate this wine is complex and intense with notes of caramel and mature oak. Serve slightly chilled. Ideal with mature cheeses and game meats.
