About the Wine
With a limpid aspect with a lively and deep ruby color, with a frank and charming nose. Small black fruits , cherries , sweet spices form a beautiful harmony. In addition, the attack is round and firm . Then the wine takes on its fullness , letting speak a ripe fruit, clean and precise. The freshness is lively and raised with notes of white pepper and liquorice. The still young tannins are expressed on a flattering velvet , which will continue to assert itself for 2 to 3 years. A blend that gives this Crozes Hermitage a fruity finish of beautiful finesse, all in lightness.
Ideally served as a table wine or as an aperitif, the Papillon goes perfectly with red meats such as a grilled prime rib, a farm squab or even Lyonnaise cuisine.
