The "Unplugged" is crafted entirely from Estate Grown Sauvignon Blanc that was fermented and aged in Stainless Steel and neutral Burgundy barrels. Nothing was added nor taken away from the classic Sauvignon aromas and flavors of citrus, with a touch of grassy green notes. The finish is long and fresh with a wonderful balanced natural acidity.
