Rich and fruity is the well-done Dolcetto by Chiara Boschis. Violet red, in the nose blackberry, candied cherries and some plum compote. On the palate a soft fullness with a wonderful fresh acidity, its medium face makes it an indispensable companion for light meat dishes and pasta.
