The wine fresh and silky on entry and then grows on the palate revealing aromas of kumquat and a mineral character that lead to a lingering and delicately spicy finish.
This pairs well with flambéed or glazed monkfish with vegetables, grilled poultry in a sauce, or fruit desserts.
