The Petit Chablis has a frank attack due to the youth of the vines. It is nice and fruity with a little acid side specific to the appellation. It is a harmonious wine and well balanced. A good introduction to the wines of the domain.
Pairs well with an aperitif, charcuterie, and escargot.
